When is Arctic Coliving open in 2026?
We're hard at work planning our opening while hosting team offsites and events through the spring. Bookings for Arctic Coliving open March 15th for May through October.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Most guests stay for at least a week, so we are quite flexible on check-in and check-out times. On the day of your departure, please make sure your room is emptied and tidy by 12 at the latest.
Is food included at Arctic Coliving?
For offsite and event guests, breakfast, lunch and dinner is included in your booking. For individual guests, you have your own kitchen and can purchase food when the main kitchen is open.
Are pets allowed at the lodge?
We allow dogs upon request at time of booking at our Voss lodge. Please let us know if you plan to bring your furry friend, as we cannot always accommodate them depending on occupancy.
Does the lodge have good WiFi?
Yes, the lodge has fantastic WiFi.
Do you offer gear or clothing rental?
At the moment we do not offer gear or clothing rental, but can make recommendations if you have any questions.
When is payment for my stay due?
For individual guests, payment is due upon booking and before confirmation of your room at Arctic Coliving. In special circumstances by request we can take payment upon arrival.
Do you offer pickup from the station or airport?
We do not offer pickup from Oslo or Bergen, but can provide pickup from either Ljosanbotn station when arriving in the winter or spring months. In the summer, you can arrive directly to Ørneberget station.
Do you recommend coming by car?
While visiting by car is not required, it can make your stay more convenient. The nearest grocery store in Voss is a 45 minute drive, and while taking the train is possible it is more effort.
