We can accommodate private, shared and mixed room bookings based on your party size, with most rooms designed as shared bunk rooms.
Dedicated coworking space
We have 10 dedicated work stations with electronic standing desks, HD monitors, ergonomic chairs and fast internet.
Fully catered stays
A personal chef will be onsite to provide your group with meals inspired and sourced locally from farms in the region.
Large event spaces
In addition to lodge common areas, we have dedicated spaces for larger format events for up to 80 guests.

Group stays in Voss
Depending on the time of year and requests for your stay, you have the option of catered meals from an onsite chef, a smaller private kitchen, or food from our pizza cafe.

The Voss Mountain Lodge has its own train stop, but is nonetheless remote. The standard is Norwegian cozy: simple, clean and warm. Think adult summer camp rather than high-end lodge hotel.

Frequently asked questions
Which lodges are open for group bookings?
All of them! While most group bookings choose to visit the Voss Mountain Lodge due to its size and accessibility by train, all of our lodges are available for full buyout. Please note that onsite support and group activities vary by lodge.
What group sizes can you accommodate?
At Voss, we can accommodate groups up to 50+ for fully catered stays. The capacity of our other lodges vary and more information can be found on the specific lodge pages. The minimum group size at the Voss Mountain Lodge is 15 guests over 3 nights.
What sort of activities are available in the region?
Voss is known as Norway’s adventure capital: whitewater rafting, paragliding, mountain biking, and year-round skiing or hiking through dramatic fjord landscapes. Beyond the adrenaline, the region has a rich cultural scene with local farm visits, craft workshops, and seasonal festivals rooted in Western Norwegian tradition. For recovery and wellbeing, guests can enjoy yoga sessions, guided nature walks, SUP on the lake, and our onsite sauna and cold plunge.
What is included in the price?
The cost of offsite packages is calculated on a per-guest basis and includes all lodge amenities, onsite support and a private chef. Any additional activities, experiences, or planning and coordination are charged separately. All billing is centralized through Arctic Coliving.
How can our group get to the lodge?
Despite being remote, the Voss Mountain Lodge is well connected by road and rail from both Bergen (roughly 1.5 hours) and Oslo (around 5.5 hours). The Bergen Railway runs directly through Voss, and the lodge has a nearby train stop. If you’re driving, the lodge is easily reached by car via the E16. For larger groups, we can arrange bus transport to and from the lodge on request.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely. Our onsite chef prepares all meals from scratch using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible, and can adapt menus for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary needs. Just let us know your group’s requirements when booking and we’ll make sure everyone is well fed.
How many private rooms are available?
The majority of the rooms at Arctic Coliving were designed as bunk rooms (we are after all a historic mountain hostel) which means we are able to accommodate fewer guests when all individuals request private rooms. We have space for up to 9 private rooms with ensuite restrooms and 9 private rooms with shared restroom and shower facilities.
