1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• A valid credit card may be required to secure reservations.

• Modifications may be subject to fees as stated in your booking confirmation.

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: from 14:00

• Check-out: by 11:00.

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Community Conduct

• Guests must respect the property and other guests’ in line with our community principles.

• Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas and no drugs .

• Pets are allowed only in designated rooms or areas and must be approved at booking.

4. Liability

• Arctic Coliving is not liable for personal injuries, theft, or loss of personal belongings.

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
