FW26 Creator Resident – Lofoten Pier Lodge

Are you our next resident in Henningsvær, Norway?

Arctic Coliving is looking for a Creator Resident to live, play and create at our Lofoten lodge this autumn and winter season. This is a seasonal, part-time residency (minimum 1 month commitment between September 2026 - February 2027) perfect for those who thrive in social spaces, love the mountains and enjoy sharing stories online.

Residency Commitment

We are looking for Creator Residents to join us between September 15th and February 20th with start date in the middle of each month. The minimum commitment for this residency is 1 month, with the opportunity to stay for up to 3 months in unique circumstances. When filling out the application, please indicate the month you wish to start and the maximum duration you would be interested in joining us. Please note that it is not possible to travel far afield from the lodge during your stay (except for lodge group trips when other responsibilities are met), so please ensure this works for you before applying.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the heart of the community at our Lofoten Pier Lodge, helping guests feel at home from the moment they arrive. Your week will include orienting new arrivals, light cleaning and lodge-related tasks, and documenting life at the lodge and around the area. You’ll dedicate ~10-15 hours per week to hosting and lodge tasks and ~10-15 hours per week creating social media content (photos, short videos, or longer stories), with the rest of your time to explore Lofoten’s world-class hiking, climbing, skiing, surfing, and local arts and culture.

You are also encouraged to co-organize simple group activities, like shared dinners, hikes, or sauna sessions, while keeping the overall vibe relaxed and inclusive in our international community. You are a welcoming and responsible presence, helping uphold the lodge rules that keep it running smoothly.

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who:

• Actively fosters inclusive, welcoming environments for people from many countries and backgrounds
• Has a genuine passion for mountain environments and outdoor life (e.g. hiking, climbing, skiing, etc.)
• Loves to share stories across social media (photos, videos, blogs)
• Is responsible, proactive, and able to manage lodge-life with minimal supervision
• Communicates clearly and confidently in English

We expect Creator Residents to have a genuine interest and experience in different forms of content creation, production and storytelling, with a follower count that can help raise the profile of Arctic Coliving. While there is no minimum required follower count, we expect there to be significant interest from 5-10,000 followers and above. The most important thing for us is that you have a passion for and desire to tell stories using visual and mixed media. Experience in community building, events, and hospitality is a bonus, and we hope you are reliable and excited to contribute to a positive living environment.
