Cecilie Kristoffersen yoga teacher

Cecilie Kristoffersen – Yoga

Cecilie is an educator, yoga teacher and event facilitator. She is the founder of A Practice Of Being, where she creates spaces to explore life as a practice through teaching, writings, courses, retreats, and 1:1 guidance. Her goal is to create safe spaces for exploration, introspection, and sharing - valuing progression over perfection - where participants connect, listen, and meet exactly where they are.

Tuva is passionate about anything that helps us feel more alive and present in the lives we're living. Whether it is through the breath, movement, or deep human connection. Her endless excitement for adventure and freedom eventually led her toward the breath. Chef and Menu

Meet Kenneth, founder of Mood’s Foods. For Kenneth, food is more than a meal, it’s a connection to nature, to the land, and to each other. He cooks with the earth as his kitchen, letting fresh, plant-based ingredients speak for themselves. At Mountain Beat, he shares that philosophy with you: healthy, honest food made to nourish and bring people together.
